Artist's Description
This watercolor portrays the Lake Maxinkuckee shoreline on a brisk March day. On the distant shoreline is the Culver Academy Naval School building. The lake is choppy and the wind is nippy, but this shore line will soon be teaming with sail boats when the last cold days of a long winter give way to the warmer days of spring. Note, the artist has signed her name to the watercolor using the Russian alphabet.
